Sore Heads

Hi Guys,

What type of sore heads do you get with anxiety? i have been having mine every day for 2/3 weeks. Not constantly sore but it comes and goes. Neck cracking and stiff and my jaws are cracking. I am just seeking someone with similar syntoms i suppose.

I do not get this everytime but with my last "bout" my neck was really stiff and I felt I needed to rub it a lot

I have a stiff neck alot of the time, alot of it can be from tension as well as just bad posture. As for the jaw pain, had that alot! I think it comes from jaw clenching when we are stressed. I have had terrible problems with it clicking in the past too!
