Hi, I'm 22 (in a week!) and was diagnosed last year with GAD.
I would say I have mild GAD, that increases with certain triggers (particularly thinking about a job I left a year and a half ago, uni, and I also hate making phonecalls). I also suffer from nightmares. I'm by nature a homebody, but when my GAD is bad (haha, rhymes!) I'm very reluctant to get out of my pjs, let alone leave the house.
I am a newlywed, and while my husband is extremely supportive and understanding, I feel like I'm burdening him too much with my moodiness and worries.
I wanted to join this forum to gain insights and advice from other sufferers.
