I havent had any weird symptoms in a while but for some reason i was just sitting here and my head feels extremely heavy and my head felt like it was buzzing or something its kinda gone now and didnt last but maybe 5 minutes. has anyone had this out of the blue experience

I know right it has been a while. when i dont have anxiety i try not to visit the site much because when i do i think of anxiety then the cycle starts again. how have u been
