Hey guys. I am new to the board. I'm pretty sure there must be several posts on this subject, so I apologize for bringing this up again, but I have a serious problem with sweating. I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks, and unfortunately my biggest symptom is profuse facial sweating. It is ongoing on a daily basis, and it is really ruining parts of my life. I fear I may also suffer from hyperhidrosis, because the amount I sweat is insane. As soon as I get a little hot or come in contact with people it begins. Can anyone please help me with any tips or solutions to this problem? Are there any techniques or antiperspirants which are safe for the face? Thank you all for your time and understanding.
