I am new here to the board. I am happy I found this. I have been suffering from extremely severe anxiety and panic attacks for about 2 years now. I previously also suffered from depression which fortunately I overcame for the most part. I hope to be able to meet people with similar problems, and exchange valuable information and tips with them. Thank you all for the interest and help.
