Does anybody else get panic attacks thinking about panic attacks, and then spiral into an anxious mess?
How long do your panic attacks last, I think mine just lasted a few hours, I almost gave in to ativan (which I'm trying to avoid), Even as I'm typing im still dizzy, still somewhat panicky, my arms are a little tingly, I feel horrible.
That Panic Away advertisement, is it for real, does it work?
Is there a certain time when alot of people are on here?
