I was wondering about what all of you do for exercises on a regular basis and if it helps you coping with anxiety.
I beat myself up every saturday with squash and at least once week i run a few miles. For me it it reduces symptoms, it clears my mind.

As far as exercise goes, I walk 3 times a day. Especially after I eat a little something. I know that I need to get better doing exercises but walking for me right now is good.

i dont do any, especially since i got a car 13 months ago

Really need to work out or jog...just something!

Yes! I find that exercise makes me feel happier; it feels like I build up a resistance against anxiety by doing this.
I have been told many times by doctors that exercise is good medication for anxiety. Unfortunately, I should do more >_>'
