This works for me.Try it..

Whenever you have anxious thoughts.Put a pillow in front of your face and scream as loud as you can while imaging that thought running for cover!

primal scream technique.

if you know of a place where no one lives, somewhere remote near a wood, or the sea etc.
You may try this technique by screaming at the universe.

One thing to remember though, is to make sure that you are not followed into the woods by a serial killer (as they love remote area's, where no one can save you even if you are screaming)...

Personally, primal scream technique is only really good for releasing a little tension and ultimately does nothing to cure the long term effects of anxiety.
