Is it safe to take Tylenol?

Hey guys. I have anxiety, and I'm a little scared about taking Tylenol...I have a headache but I'm scared that if I take the Tylenol, my anxiety will get worse. Is it safe?

It shouldn't make you anxious...
with small things like that and your anxiety - when in doubt, just DO IT.
If you fear the fear your setting up for anxiety before it even happens. So just take the tylenol with he approach 'hey ill take this, and i might get anxious, but chances are i won't'
You'll find that if you go into a situation being OK with having anxiety, it often doesn't come out to sabotage whatever it is your doing.
So, just dive in, take the tylenol, and get on with your day.

Tylenol by itself (ie without your worrying about it) should not increase your anxiety levels. Tylenol is generally safe, provided you do not use it with alcohol or take it in excessive dosages.
