Spend the money and go for a massage.You deserve it!
Cortisol is a stress hormone that is lowered due to massage.It's been proven to reduce anxiety and even sadness which is quite cool I think.A massage improves the functioning of you muscular,circulatory and cardiovascular system which in turn affect and improves your metabolism.
It's just such a great mental and physical break.
