Allergies & Anxiety

HOLLY COW am I ever suffering. It all started yesterday out of nowhere and I have no idea what is causing this. Monday my allergies seemed to explode, eyes are red and itchy, head congestion and I have a small rash on my left arm.

yesterday afternoon I felt a tightness in my chest, became dizzy and lightheaded and confused...difficult to concentrate.

My question is this. Can seasonal allergies trigger anxiety?

Of course yes, they can trigger anxiety, anything to do with health can trigger anxiety, sometimes when your chest is tight, you can freak out, thinking maybe you will lose your breathe, nearly everything can trigger anxiety...

Especially health matters...
