Hi all,
Just in relation to the sticky message posted by Shoe up top. I have joined up with anxiety tribe and living anxious, it offers something a bit different to the forums here.
These forums still provide me with comfort and I am always happy to jump on and give people reassurance from time to time but I think it would be good for people to join up the tribe as well.
For anyone that does, please post your home URL link so we can all join up together.
I think the opportunity for anxiety suffers to connect and form a bond is great.
