Remember,healthy body healthy mind=less anxiety.I see this time and again with my clients.
Here is my daily health tip:

Eating throughout the day ensures that you have a good metabolism rate.This will prevent fat deposits.Also eating 5-6 times a day will keep your blood sugar levels stable and you will feel more energised and urges for eating bad snacks won't be big.

If you don't eat for some time and suddenly eat a big meal you blood sugar level rises and will soon after drop.This fluctuation in the sugar level causes tiredness.Therefore eat regularly and eat healthy.
