I'm a believer in healthy body healthy mind.A healthy body can only have a positive effect on anxiety.Here is my daily health tip..I do it every day..at least I try to :-)
Drink a home made detox drink every morning.Very simple to make.Boil half a lemon in water(enough to fill a cup) for about 5 minutes.Pour the water into a cup..drink and enjoy.The healthy benefits to your skin and liver I'm sure you will even feel.For daily health and fitness tips pop in for a visit at jason-healthtips and I'm on blogspot
