Hey everyone-
I recently purchased How to Get Off Lexapro Safely by James Harper and I was wondering if anyone has tried the program outlined in the book. Do any of you have any reviews or information about whether the program works?
The book basically gives a list of supplements to take and at what times throughout the day. These supplements are supposed to help with anxiety as well as combat the withdrawal side-effects of lexapro. This book has given me hope that I will be able to successfully get off lexapro. However, I am skeptical that it is just a scam to sell vitamins and supplements.
Any input or information is greatly appreciated.
