Dublin, Ireland - Anxiety support groups?

Hi there - just wondering if anyone knows of any anxiety support groups in or around Dublin. CBT etc. can be expensive and I was just wondering if there were any groups that just met and talked!

there is a clinic over in dun laoighre that provides a support group once a week and seceral different services including cbt although, il root out the name of it for you,

its all for a nice price though, i havent seen any support groups specifically for anxiety for free although i did come across a phone service that was suppose to be manned by pase sufferers but of course when i phoned it one time it was not working.
