I have recently noticed my anxiety symptoms are changing. I have started having severe headaches with horrible light headedness/dizziness which sort of comes and goes all day. Can this be an anxiety symptom? I am taking zoloft but have been taking it for a while now so don't think it could be that. Of course my initial reaction to the headaches is "oh i have a tumor" but i know thats crazy I need some reasurance that this is anxiety. Also can anxiety symtoms change; one day you have pains in the tummy and the next day headaches?
