Don't want to do anything

My anxiety has me to the point where I don't want to get out of bed, all I want to do is watch videos, shows, or play games on the computer. I barely go talk to my family, I can barely eat or drink (saltines and water).

Do you guys go through the same thing? Do you have any suggestions on what I should try to eat (nausea is horrible)? I feel malnourished in a way, but a multi-vitamin makes me nauseated even more.

:( I hate feeling like this, I hate anxiety :(
