Hi I am a 17 year old with horrible anxiety. A year ago I took a hit out of a bong and got extremely high. Within minutes everything and everybody was moving extremely fast. It almost look as if everything was in a semi fast forward motion. From that day on it continues daily. Please someone help me, I can't get it to stop. Please respond I feel alone. Thanks

When you say everything is fast, do you mean, everything visually looks as if if it moving fast, or do you percieve everything to be moving fast, or is everything overwhelming? do you have depresonalization or derealization? What provokes your anxiety?
