Hey,
I was diagnosed with asperges disorder when I was 4 and have also had OCD for pretty much my whole life. I am now 20 and have suffered from anxiety ever since I was 12 (my first attack was on a freeway).
I didn't know I suffered from anxiety until I was almost 14 and developed depression from the constant anxiety attacks. I was prescribed Luvox for this and everything calmed down until my anxiety really hit hard when I was 17 and was then prescribed Citalopram (which I still take) and after a year my anxiety started hitting hard again and now I suffer from at least 1 attack each day.
I am currently in my second year of university majoring in mathematical physics and I love it and want to pursue a career as a physicist. When I am at the university studying I actually feel really good, but when I have exams and then I have to wait for my results, my anxiety attacks become really severe.
I also have been an emetophobe all my life.
I came onto this forum to discuss my anxiety and learn how others deal with it.
