Personally I am not a fan of medication. It makes me feel really tired, worn out, lagged and so on.
I tried cipralex for my anxiety/depression a long while ago and I immediately started feeling brain dead, tired and just plain weird. I got hot 'flashes' in my face which made me feel even more anxious; I got paranoid and afraid of blushing!
I feel like when I'm on my meds, I slow down so much and it's hard to do everyday things like focus on work, go out of the house, interact positively and exercise.
What medication do you all recommend? I have really bad anxiety and zero confidence. Been this way for like half a year. Thanks!
