I was diagnosed with anxiety over 5 years ago.(stress)
Lately I stopped taking my meds and started feeling bad again. went through a divorce.I know ,I should have never stopped.

I went to the Dr and he started me on some Wellbutrin.Had been on Lexxapro and Buspar already.Lexxapro cost to much, couldn't continue. My Dr described Buspar as fanning the smoke, and Wellbutrin as putting out the fire.

OK..Ive flown my entire life, but since being diagnosed with this,I'm scared to fly. Bridges and height terrify me...even looking at the clous when Im driving make me feel Im in a plane sometimes.

What do you guys take in order to fly?

I wasn't being trite. In this day & age, one can't afford an anxiety attack on a plane. Or you will be escorted off the plane in handcuffs by a guard and making the news. I'd rather not include THAT in the problem.

Hi Ebony

You make a good point on your last post .

If i was you i would try Hypnotherapy as it is your subconscious that is the problem and maybe someone good can get in there and teach it that flying is nothing to worry about .

I have a similar problem with driving , never had a problem with it untill anxiety kicked in and even now i cant see the problem but my body just reacts to it for some reason . I think my subconscious still beleive that it is danger from when my anxiety was really high

cheers kev :)
