hey all ,
i love this site..... i will feel like crap for a couple days or weeks and come up here at talk and then before i know it i am anxiety free for a couple of days... or weeks depends on how much i think about it.... anyways i think the most helpful thing is talking about symptoms and anxiety to people who actually know and have went through it before so i just wanted to say thanks to all that listened and shared there thoughts and stories for me. i have been OKAY for about 2 weeks now and i can drive again too.
