lump in throat

Hi! The question goes like this: Is it normal that the "lump in throat" symptom associated with anxiety is located at the root of the neck, above the stern? (in the thyroid area) ...I invite all of you who have knowledge about this, to step-up with an answer...where do you feel your "lump in throat" exactly? Does it show-up only with panic attacks and then it goes away? Do you feel it there for hours or days sometimes and then it just dissapears? I'm really interested in your answers...thanx!

Hi im a post i made here 3 years ago i stated that as one of my symptoms i used to have it days on end I cant even rem when it stopped but id say a big yes it is caused by anxiety
