Well, even though I still have a positive outlook on life, and I'm often a personable guy, I still have a lot of anxiety that affects my daily life. So... it's kind of weird because at times I feel like my life is going into shambles and other times I am calm and feel like everything is ok.

Basically I joined this forum to better understand my anxiety, get to know others who are going through similar kinds of anxiety, and at the same time hopefully help others who are experiencing anxiety. :D
