well i guess i know how social anxiety because when i talk to people that i know i get nervous and it feels like my face is getting red and hot... and then i think that they know and it makes me feel like i am a wimp which i am far from but its embarrassing and aggravating. does anyone else feel like this

I don't think mine is socially related but I have found that my face is red and hot at random times throughout the day ever since I started having this issue. It definitely sucks, because I know people can see and I hate it.

I can feel the hot flushes running up one side of my face often. It's usually when my anxiety is high and I'm worrying about other symptoms.
