I am alot like a lint brush, in that I remember alot of moments, people, and objects around me throughout the day. This makes it so I become overwhelmed by life in general therefore making panic attacks happen. Everyday I walk out of my house on the way to school and see cars, people, and stores all around, I hear loud noises and other peoples conversations. Sometimes it gets to be too much and wish I could unload most of these thoughts and get on with my day. I have dealt with anxiety now for 3 years and am pretty good at phasing out attacks, but what I would like to know is if its possible at all for me to rid myself of this without medication?
