I, for the last 10-15 years have always felt a little light headed when I would get worked up. I would always say I could never get into a fight with someone because I would probably pass out. Recently the light headedness has gotten worse and I am on celexa and diagnosed with GAD. My question is that whether I am stressed or happily excited i get light headed. Even when I go to the gym to try to work off the stress. Is this normal with GAD. I just worry ( I know I shouldn't) about the lightheaded with exercise.
