Anyone gone through any partial hospitalization programs? Was it helpful? I'm feeling like it's time for me to take my anxiety and depression more seriously, as I've lost a lot of weight and haven't been able to comfortably leave my apartment for more than a year. I'm trying to decide if PHP is a good option for me. Any input would be greatly appreaciated.
