So, my problem started a year ago when I experienced some visual disturbances. A small balnk spot in my vision lasting no more than a second or 2. Saw the optician. All OK, saw opthalmologist, all OK. Told me to go see a neuro.
I stopped worrying about my eye so much as it became less frequent (some months not even a problem at all) Then a lot of bad stuff happened. JOb loss, deaths. Started getting bad headaches, back aches. Thought i'd better go see the neuro afterall. 8 week wait for appointment. In this time I have developed anxiety for the 1st time (well, the 1st time it's been so noticeable) I can't sleep because I jolt awake or twitch all night. I am dizzy all the time. The eye problems have returned. I never enjoy anything anymore. I am scared of the supermarket. Basicallly it's debilitating.
Finally my appointment is here. I'm so scared to go incase they tell me it's something bad. Convinced myself I have MS or something. Drinving everyone around me crazy. Driving myself crazy. Don't want to be insisde my own head...
