For the past few months I have been feeling weak after getting hungry and not eating for ages... Even after I've eaten I still feel funny for ages... I suffer from some pretty bad anxiety, I suffer from panic attacks quite often... I get anxious worrying about getting weak... I just want to know if this could be anxiety playing a part in this... It's stressing me out :(

Thanks

Well, it could be anxiety, but if these symptoms are new it might be a good idea to get checked out by a doctor. Anxiety can cause "nervous" or upset stomach or a change in bowel habits, but I'm not sure about a change if appetite and I haven't heard of it causing weakness(anxiety symptoms] (http://www.panicattackrelease.com/anxiety-disorder-symptom.html))
Probably safest to see a doc.

I have experienced it before, just not quite as frequently as over the past few months... My anxiety has also been playing up more regularly, which makes me think it could be it...

You may try, just in case, hypoglycemic diet: do not allow yourself getting hungry. Without using sugars and refined carbohydrates, using low glycemic index food.
Anxiety doesn't come alone :)

Hey Tamieka,

Is there any chance that you are pregnant? I know a lot of women feel really weak when they are pregnant. You may also want to get checked for diabeties or something like that because it could have something to do with your blood sugar. I would just check on both of these things if I were you, I wish you luck though.
