April is National Poetry Month. To celebrate, I am hosting a poetry contest! To enter, send in one original poem on the subject of mental illness or any other issue you are struggling with (relationships, addiction, grief, etc). I will post the submissions on this blog over the course of National Poetry Month and announce the SIX winners the first week in May.
FIRST PRIZE is a signed Advanced Readers Copy my new book, You Are Not Here (ARC = early copy of the book. You'll have it months before it goes on sale!) and a signed copy of I Don't Want to Be Crazy, my memoir about anxiety disorder.
