Does anyone consider the emotional wounds they have as a driving cause of their anaxiety condition. ???

I used to buy book after book and none of them would talk about the trapped emotional wounds and traumas as a cause of anxiety conditions.

It was'nt until I focussed on this part of my life that things started to change for me
