I have had anixtey for about 6 months now, and have had a couple of months on medication. During that time I did feel better but have now been off them for 3/4 weeks, and had an up and down time.
Compared to some stories on here I think I have it quite mild compared to some people, would you advice going back on medication until??
Just don't want to get hooked on pills and think that they are so helpful, can't live without them. When really I know they don't do much you just beliver they do.
