:) Hi all i'm sarah, 20 Uk, Buxton Derbyshire but currently staying with my boyfriend in Wakefield, Yorkshire.
I have had an anxiety disorder since the beginning of Novemeber so not that long really. But i have been through hell with it at one stage near the beginning i could not even get out of bed i was just feeling so strange.
I had no idea anxiety could cause those kinds of symptoms, but now i just remember that i will not die from this or no harm will be caused
I am currently trying to live without medication, only been off for 2 days and the withdrawel symptoms are ridiculous!!.
I suffer from health anxiety and general anxiety also have depression which was caused by the anxiety.
Nice to see i am not alone and have a place to discuss any issues i am having or just to talk to people :D
