has anyone felt like they've been somewhere before when they havent or had dasaview or a phenomenon after it happened?? like someone may say something and do something a certain way and afterwards u can sense like you've seen them do that before?? sounds weird right? i get this sometimes

oh yea happens all the time it causedby the anxiety it happen frequently with derealization its just because we are creautres of habit so we tend to do the same things everyday so we think were seeing sumthin thats already happened the more thingsyour use toseeing ae the things that bring that sense of deja vu on thats what my therapist said

Sometimes having too much stress in mind it makes our brain feels like we have already seen the object or situation before to be called DejaVu
