hi
I am new here.
i work in an office and they are givin me a desk that makes me feel anxious because it is placed where you can see all the floors. i dont like the height above me, prefer a celing directly above.
i have to get up every 15 mins to just get away from it.
i need to know how to feel calm in the desk any solutions.
i could asked to me moved but i feel like a fool. other people can manage it!
