a new symptom maybe?

i dont know if this is anxiety...but my ribs and sternum re so sore even to touch it hurts when i walk..when i sit any help pls? xx

i cant really help to much tinkerbell but iv had feelings like this,

one minute there here then there gone,
iv started taking a multivit with iron in it in a liquid form,
it tastes awful but it seems to be helping.
