New, Bad Resurgence of Anxiety

Hello - I am writing from North Carolina, and wishing there were 12-step Al-Anon type meetings for anxiety. I am getting ready to try a new anti-depressant/anti-anxiety, as it seems to be getting out of control. I have been anxious for many hours at a time for several weeks now. I am so angry that I cannot enjoy my life.
