anyone get this my legs sometimes feel heavy especially going down steps it feels like ur not going to be able to lift them or fall over

anyone get this my legs sometimes feel heavy especially going down steps it feels like ur not going to be able to lift them or fall over

Do you get it after feeling anxious or while your anxious? I find that it can be a case of almost adrenal fatigue. If I have been/am feeling anxious I get so tired I dont wanna move.
