My name is Nadzmi Nadzim, from Malaysia. I am a researcher on subjects that has to do with healthy life style - so obesity, stress, anxiety, diet and fitness, weight loss are subjects very much up my tree. Health and lifestyle knowledge of the people in my community and Country in general is at a low level. I do my bit by volunteering to give instructions and discussion on such issues in my community.
I hope to learn a lot more real life stories from forum members on the same subject.
