Though I am completely happy with my marriage now, I definitely believe that marriage can be a cause for anxiety.

When I got married anxiety caused a lot of problems for me.

I have been married for 5 yrs, its been such a hard 5 yrs....finanaces, etc plus although my hubby is good with DIY, he is no good at anything else. Its so frustring...I sometimes sit here getting really angry and i cant breath, i feel like the walls are closing in on me. No one understands me.

Have you ever opened up with your husband about stuff like this? I have learned that my anxiety got A LOT better when I started really discussing it with my wife. Letting her know how I feel, telling her when things bug me or set off my anxiety. As long as your husband is willing to listen and help you out it could be good for you. That is, if you are not already doing that.
