sometimes i get a feeling come over me like "fu** what people think about me" im me if they think im crazy cause i have anxiety than f**k them" also the feeling when u think people are turnin on you and they look at u weird because your gettin these attacks and also a feeling like just let me be alone i dont need no one else" is this depression?? or just away of dealing with anxiety?

just a way of dealing i do it everyday it helps me i'm not depressed know that i love life i just use it as a way to cope because its true if people can't understand and be supportive then they honestly don't really deserve your friendship u don't wanna surround yourself with negitive people it doesn't help
