Hi everyone!
I notice many people list heart palpitatons as symptoms of their anxiety. Wondering if this includes feeling a thud in your chest and slight dizziness. I get many skipped beats or what my doctor calls PVC (premature ventricular contractions). He assures me are harmless and just anxiety, although they scare the heck out of me cause I get get them any time of the day (walking, talking, resting).
I've read that magnesium and aloe vera supplements can help these pvc's, has anyone tried this?

Thanks for any info!

Silly question: have you tried changing your table salt (sodium chloride) to healthy table lowsalt (potasium chloride).

No, I haven't. To be honest I don't use table salt very often. I've read that too much or too little potassium can cause heart problems.
Did it help you? Thanks

If you don't use much table salt then no worries.

Some hormones that are affected by anxiety and depression help control muscle tone. So anxiety and depression can disrupt those hormones, and so cause muscle tightness, or cause less flexible muscles --Including the heart muscle.
That might be the reason for the heart muscle palpitations. Like doctors say, they aren't anything to serious but I'm sure herbs/foods/supplements that soothe the heart would aid the heart tissue.

This info sounds good:
