Hi everyone, I'm new here! I decided to join because for the last 20 minutes I've been kinda freaking out and I wanted to join an anxiety forum, maybe it'll help me feel better. I am not sure if my problems are physical or mental but I'm here to find out! :)

How are you feeling. Are you symptoms mental or are the very physical as mine are?

I feel totally fine now! I don't get it, I am about ready to go to the ER and then 10 minutes later I feel completely fine. I just posted a new thread about this, in detail, I can't post the link cuz this site won't let me but it's called "Is my problem physical or mental" and it's in the Generalized Discussion section!
