hi all,

i'm new to this forum but definitely not new to anxiety. i've had the symptoms for the last 3-4 years and now taking aropax again... i was off it for 12 months but i finally had the sypmtoms return :(

id love to hear of anyones coping mechanisms or just share stories, i'm still very hopeful i can get rid of these awful feelings...

From another aussie you will get past this .

You have to learn to relax , remove all stress you can from your life , learn to react to different things in different ways .

Most of all you have to learn that anxiety is just stress nothing more and once we remove the stress our anxiety will go

Hey Lauren,

Another Aussie here. :) I have also had anxiety for the last 3-4 years. It took me a fair while to accept it was anxiety and I still have my moments too. My best coping methid is positive self talk and distraction, I try not to sit and over analyse everything. Do you have a certain thing that triggers it?
