Hi im Tony, im male, 27 and live in the UK.
Ive suffered from panic attacks for the last 3 weeks, something I have never experienced before, for reasons I am unsure of, they seem to be very random.
Im on beta-blockers and awaiting blood test results. Im hoping to find support and offer my own experience as support to other anxiety sufferers here.
Its a very scary and emotional experience, and I think controlling your anxiety is so much easier said than done.
