Pains in Chest

Hi

I have feelings of unreality, pains in my chest and my back and arm. The pain in my chest is so bad, its constant. Im so worried its somthing serious.

How can I make it go away??

Help please im worried.

Sounds like it is most likely muscle related .

Try and do some deep breathing , look up some progressive muscle relaxation meditation and give them a try .

Every one with anxiety holds there Tension somewhere , mine was in my shoulders and next.

Most of all don't worry to much about it as it will only make it worst
