hii for the last few days i havent felt myself, slight feelings of unreality, aching, trouble breathing

i am also worried im going to die in my sleep!! help

Hi, I often worry I am going to die in my sleep, therefore I have a terrible night and keep waking up in a panic, lightheaded, heart racing, cannot drop off again. You are definately not alone with this one.
