I finally gave up the mental fight and went to the doc to get some drugs he gave me some 0.5 mg xanax, he said he gave me the lowest dose but you can take up to 3mg 3/time. Well i gave it a test run at home cause i didnt want to take it and be all weird and go out in public, i also whoosed out and only took half i must say it did feel nice quietning my worry down a fair bit and im sure a full dose will do even better, im just worried that taking this medication will make you seem different to other people. Can you still take a xanax and then go about your day exercising working and the like, i have it in the back of my mind that people will notice im not myself

Over time, you will find it much easier to take xanax and go about your daily life, as if you hardly took a medication at all. Just be careful and only take the dose prescribed.

When I first started taking a 'benzo' I felt too out of it to do much of anything but be stuck to the couch. Over time, I found it just mellowed me out mentally.

I take .25 of xanax and don't notice anything. I have taken .5 mg and felt a little sleepy but never dopey or in any way that anyone would notice. I can't even tell I've taken it, I drive and it's no issues.

Dragon- you are taking Paxil and trazodone? I was wondering if those 2 are ok to take together. Im debating on asking my PCP to take me off of Halcion at bedtime (has quit working) and go back on Trazodone (had taken it before) but I'm already on Paxil. So I guess the 2 would work together ok.

You are not going to get in much better spots than this against a villain with those type of stats and stacks this deep. It is time to book a train to value town. Also giving up money wherever you can find it is a bad idea.
